Why is practically everything marked Sticky? And it's all in computer jargon that (at a guess) at least 50% of the band don't understand so there's no point in highlighting them as important. RE:

there important because the forum is still under construction, and thus is essential the threads that are telling me whats wrong and right is highlighted for me to see, and for all to reply in! rather than make lots of new threads :)
they will go away once its all running right Posted By Laura on Sunday 29 May 2005 at 05:57 am - Quote
Yes, it's happened again i'm being bothered by the clock. This time the problem is that the time and dates on posts and edits is not singing from the same song sheet.
See Catriona and Lucy's post on the 'Teviot tonight' thread. They magically managed to edit it prior to posting it. RE:

When does the forum weed the subjects....I just put a new thread up and it has gone already...I'm going to have to put it up again presumably. RE:

I turned off pruning to look for an old thread, but now when I select to turn it on, it has no effect. Any ideas? RE:

its gay - ill look into it :)
on a side note the strikethrough is now correct, in that the command is [ s ] rather than [ st ] - sorry about that! RE:

You fail at spamming a broken forum, I fail at fixing broken forums and remembering the database password! ;-) RE:

These last few have been some of the most random spammings i've ever seen. RE:

that sounds AMAZING, boomigranes. What would EUWB do without you? RE:

Im going to update the forum in the next few months so hopefully the random spamming should cease with new filters in place. Also an admin area so there will be several banders with deleting rights :) RE:

I don't want to panic too soon but are all the old threads still floating round in cyber space somewhere? Coz you can't use the link to the old quotes pages and it would be quite upsetting if all that quality banter (when people actually used the forum) was lost forever.
